Received Monday, 7.20 p.m. LONDON, March 4. | After the discovery in Essex County j of seven casss of smallpox, two of j wtiich were fatal, hundreds queued yes-.j terday for vaccination at emergency j centres. Six thousand Service person- 1 ael are at present spending a 10-day period of quarantine because smallpox was discovered on their ships when tney arrived at Liverpool.
