Public Notices A North Canterbury Catchment Board & Regional Water Board No. 720 WATER AND SOIL CONSERVATION ACT 1967 APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT OF RIGHT NOTICE Is hereby given by the Board of the receipt by it of the following applications. 0020, RANGIORA BOWLING CLUB, RANGIORA, to take up to 11 cubic metres of water per day at the maximum rate of 1.0 litres per second for two days per week, from a 10.8 metres deep bore for flood Irrigation at property on Goods Street, Ranglora (previous right NCY 730177). 0012, LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD, LYTTELTON, to discharge up to 2 cubic metres per day of untreated sewage from a proposed pumping station adjacent to the Banks Peninsula Cruising Club Into the Inner Harbour, Lyttelton at a maximum rate of 2.5 litres per second after utilisation of 0.43 cubic metres storage in the event of an emergency. 0013, LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD, LYTTELTON, to discharge up to 5 cubic metres per day of untreated sewage from a proposed pumping station on the south side of the Graving Dock into the Inner Harbour, Lyttelton, at a maximum rate of 2.5 litres per second after utilisation of 0.43 cubic metres storage In the event of an emergency. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS: The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner of Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice, lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any applications. Every objection shall be on the grounds that the applications would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the interests of the public generally, and shall be made in writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof, and shall be accompanied by a $2O deposit.
