LAMBTON HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT CONCEPT PLAN CONSULTANTS - REGISTRATION THE WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD and THE WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL have initiated proposals to plan and develop the harbour city Interface of Wellington city over the area commonly known as the Lambton Harbour and stretching from the Wellington Railway Station in the north to the overseas terminal in the south. This development area is undoubtedly the premium real estate development opportunity In New Zealand at the present time. A management board is being formed to oversee the production of initially a concept plan for the area and later the Implementation of design proposals. The management board will need to retain consultants to assist particularly in the preparation of the concept plan, and the code of ordinances and economic viability assessment. A call is now made for consultants with appropriate planning and development skill to register their Interest in assisting with this work. Registration should be made with the undersigned and include full particulars of skills offered and other details considered by the consultants. It is envisaged that consultants skills in the field of planning, architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, finance and economics will be needed. An ability to devote maximum resources to the project over the second and third quarters of 1986 will be essential. Further information on this project is available from the undersigned.
