The Radiation Oncology department comprises a computerassisted 6-MV linear accelerator, a computerised treatment planning system, a simulator, a mould room, an -ortho-voltage and a superficial treatment unit, and implant facilities. The successful candidate would be rostered through the treatment and planning areas. Radiographers here work 35 hours per week, with 5 weeks annual leave. Some shift work and on-call work may be required. Financial assistance for travel expenses and accommodation within the hospital complex may be available. Qualifications: An appropriate Diploma in Radiotherapy, or equivalent qualification, leading to the eligibility for membership of the Australian Institute of Radiography.
