Help with census
Maori and Pacific Island people who need advice on filling out census forms will be able to get help from Christchurch Maori Affairs Department staff during the evening the census is taken. The census will be taken on March 4, and the department will be open throughout the evening to deal with any inquiries. A special adviser, Mr John Turei, has been appointed to help Maori people throughout New Zealand with the census and to encourage them to take part
