Young Nick to 93%
PA Wellington Young Nick Holdings, Ltd, has acceptances for 93 per cent of Endeavour Services Corporation, Ltd, shares, the managing director of both companies, Mr Neal Plowman, said yesterday. Young Nick’s take-over offer closes on February 21.
Mr Plowman said that the balance of the shares can now be compulsorily acquired at the offer price in terms of the Companies Act. “Young Nick Holdings expect that the remaining shareholders will accept the offer immediately so that the cash received can be invested in alternative areas,” he said.
