Cyclist shows strength
A Hornby cyclist, Bryce Bradley, won the Hornby Cycling Club’s professional road race, the 36km West Melton Tavern classic, on Saturday. Riding strongly throughout the race, Bradley held off several attempts to peg him back. Bob Haper, Owen Grant and Barry Kendall all pressed hard to catch the flvine Bradlev. but without
success. Steve Doherty was impressive in recording the fastest time, riding solo most of the race.
