TV venture
Robert Bosch GMBH, of Stuttgart, West Germany, and Philips International, of The Netherlands, intend to enter into a world-wide joint venture in broadcast television. The joint venture, to be called Euro Television Systems GMBH will have its head office in Germany and will allow both partners to extend their market position, widen their basis of technology, and strengthen their international competitiveness.
