Waitikiri wins golf
Waitikiri beat Russley on a countback of games after the final two rounds yesterday of the women’s golf inter-club match play championship at Rangiora. Both teams finished with eight points. Christ-
church was third with seven. Three players went through the event unbeaten. They were Liz Douglas (Christchurch), Sue Hitchon (Russley) and Di Bristol (Waitikiri).
