Netballers win again

NZPA staff correspondent Washington The New Zealand Young Internationals netball team continued its unbeaten Canadian record with a 43-12 win over a combined Quebec side at Montreal on Thursday evening. The goal shoot Te Aroha Clark (Auckland) played throughout the 40 minutes, scoring 11 out of 11 shots in the first half

and 16 out of 18 in the second for a total of 27. The New Zealand team did not start well, the senior and junior combined Quebec team showing a lot of improvement from the last two nights and playing with more sparkle. However, the New Zealanders gradually wanned to the game, lifting the half-time 18-6 score to finish 43-12.
