The Branch Administrator has the full responsibility for the day to day management and functioning of IHC in South Canterbury including finances, services and personnel. IHC South Canterbury Branch employs 35 staff and has an operating annual budget of $1 million. The Branch Administrator reports to the National Director and serves as a member of the local IHC Branch Committee. The applicant must be mature, possess proven management abilities, business acumen, good communication skills and have a knowledge of accounting principles. Preference will be given to a person in the 30-50 age bracket who has a natural rapport with people and has the capacity to provide effective leadership in a large voluntary agency.
