In addition, the University provides gratuity amounting to 15 per cent of basic salary, appointment allowance and subject to the University’s current housing policy, partly furnished accommodation at a rental of 12W per cent of salary. The University will contribute a sum equivalent to 10 per cent of . the appointee’s salary towards his superannuation obligations. Appointment will be for a contract period of three years and may be renewable by mutual agreement.
