$90,000 for Expo site
NZPA-AAP Brisbane New Zealand is the first country to claim a prime pavilion site for world Expo 88 in Brisbane. A deposit of $90,000 has been paid in return for a copy of New Zealand's participation contract. The pavilion will cost millions of dollars and will take two years to plan.
