PA Auckland A young man completely destroyed and devastated a woman’s life by bls foolish driving, a District Court judge has said. Craig Charles Soar, aged 19, admitted in the District Court at Henderson a charge of driving dangerously causing injury to Rachael Anderson. Mrs Anderson had been told she would probably not walk again as a result of the accident.
Judge J. D. O’Donovan said Soar had pulled out of a petrol station under hard acceleration, losing control of . the rear of his car.
