M most important subsidiaries of the Group. The position has become ■ available due to the impending retirement of the present Manager. M| Recent industry changes, combined with the strategic location of the company's facilities, mean that the position is one which offers ■ considerable scope and challenge for a talented executive. The M Manager is responsible for a staff of 30 and controls all aspects of the company's operation including production, quality control, M engineering, accounting, sales, distribution and liaision with other senior Group excutives. The position reports to the Manager of the Group Milling Division. ■ The appointee will have an established management record in ■ consumer or agricultural food products. Whilst the company is ■ interested in people who have experience in the milling or grain ■ industries, other desirable qualifications are an ability to motivate, ■ expertise in leadership at a senior level, significant ability in problem solving and sound commercial and negotiation skills. Academic ■ qualifications in fields related to the operation would be a signficant advantage but are not considered essential, especially if the applicant is an achiever and results oriented. An attractive remuneration package which includes a car will reflect the H importance the Group places on this appointment.
