Cricket tourists named

NZPA-AAP Sydney The Australian cricket selectors have brought a specialist ’keeper, Tim Zoehrer, of Western Australia, into the touring team to leave for a threetest programme against New Zealand on February 13.

The Australians will play three tests and four one-day internationals in a six-week tour and will

return to Australia on April 1. The 13-man Australian squad is: Allan Border (captain), Ray Bright (vice-cap-tain), David Boon, Simon Davis, Dave Gilbert, Craig McDermott, Geoff Marsh, Greg Matthews, Wayne Phillips, Bruce Reid, Greg Ritchie, Steve Waugh, Tim Zoehrer. The team’s manager will be Bob Merriman, the assist-ant-manager, Bob Simpson, and the physiotherapist, Errol Alcott.
