Old cure for hair loss
NZPA-AFP Peking A 900-year-old medical prescription for stopping hair loss was discovered recently in a cave in north China’s Gansu Province, the “People’s Daily” newspaper said. The prescription, comprising about 100 Chinese characters, gave directions for stopping hair loss, the newspaper said in its overseas edition.
The treatment must be applied for three years, after which the patient would be assured of a full head of black hair.
Chinse experts who analysed the prescribed treatment described it as “efficient.”
The newspaper gave no details of the treatment.
