Amberley up $49,291

Despite persistent light rain, the Amberley Trotting Club enjoyed a successful result at Rangiora on Saturday.

The switch back to racing on the grass track seemed to be popular with punters as they wagered $207,422 on the meeting, an increase of $49,291 on the $158,131 handled on a fine day last year, when racing on the inside all-weather track.
