Stalemate
Omnicorp Investments has reached a stalemate in its bid to take control of the laundry firm, Endeavour Services Corp, Ltd. In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the executive director of Omnicorp, Mr R. J. Thompson, said: “It has become clear that Young Nick Holdings, Ltd, is not a seller under any circumstances to Omnicorp. “Given this position, Omnicorp has reluctantly decided to withdraw its take-over for Endeavour,” Mr Thompson said.
