Demis Roussos is just a shadow of his former self ... the man once called the “singing tent” and the “Incredible Bulk” has lost 50.8 kg, reports NZPA from London.

Roussos, who has just celebrated his 37 th birthday, is now a comparative lightweight at 95.25 kg. He told the “Daily Mail” he became horrified with his weight soon after his live-in lover of 10 years and he separated. “I realised then it was the kaftan treat made me get

fat,” Roussos said. “I wasn’t feeling anything against my stomach, and I was eating a lot because there were a lot of people around pushing me to become self-indulgent, fat, idle.

“I went into a depression. I felt I had to go through a change. I decided to slim.” Two years ago he worked out his own diet... chicken, fish, vegetables, and fruit — and only one of the four on any one day. Now he plans to get4pwn to 76.2 kg.
