E.E.C. and lead
The European parliament in Strasbourg is backing the campaign for lead-free petrol in the E.E.C. countries. When it met earlier this
month it approved a report for a significant reduction in the amount of lead added to petrol by 1985 and for the introduction of a lead-free fuel as soon as possible.
