NZPA Genoa, Italy Ivan Lendl of Czechoslovakia, whose long run of 44 victories without defeat was ended last week-end by Yannick Noah, of France, 'in the Grand Prix final at Palm Springs, was back on the winning trail again yesterday. Lendl scored a four sets victory 6-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-3, in two and a half hours over Vitas Gerulaitis, of the United States, in the final of the world Championship Ten-
