Boy remanded on murder charge
A'boy accused of murdering two young children on March 26, was remanded to June 12 for the taking of depositions when he appeared in the Children and Young Persons Court on Tuesday. Mr F. G. Paterson, S.M., suppressed the name of the defendant, aged 15, and remanded him to Sunnyside Hospital. He also granted an 1
order suppressing the name of the victims. Sergeant M. P. Caldwe had told the Court that th family had been conceme about the amount of public ity given. The charge arose from a incident when a boy, aged I and a girl, aged 3. wer stabbed in their Walthar home.
