March as protest
The Campaign Against Foreign Control in New Zealand will hold a march on Wednesday to demonstrate its opposition to the foreign interests in New Zealand. It will begin at 12.50 p.m. in Victoria Square and will culminate with a wreath-laying ceremony- in Cathedral Square at the Citizens’ War Memorial.
The wreath will be inscribed: “To the victims of foreign domination, past present and future,” according to a spokesman for the campaign.
