U .K. publisher expands
The giant British publishing company. Longman Paul, which is represented in New Zealand by Penguin Books (N.Z.), Ltd. will take over the educational-publishing sector of the New Zealand company. A. H. and A. W Reed. Ltd. The deal is believed to be in an advanced stage, awaiting approval by the Overseas Investment Commission. Sources in the industry say that the rationalisation by Reeds is aimed at strengthening the company's general and international
