Won at Feilding last November and spelled soon after. This will be her first race since but won over 1200 m at barrier trials last week. Has a wide draw to overcome. G. Stewart 7 3760 CHARLIE (5) 52.5. Won a sprint double at Wairoa in February but form since not impressive. Finished 14th last start over 1200 m at Awapuni on March 31. 8 0000 SILVER IMAGE (12) 52. Fast but seldom shows sufficient stamina. Weakened from a good lead at the home turn to finish 10th on this course at this distance last Monday. R. Vance 9 3181 CONDUCTOR (2) 51. Had second race since coming back from a let-up when winning well, over 1200 m at Ellerslie on Monday. Up 3kg but well enough placed to complete a double. T. Williams 10 2042 LISADELL (14) 51. Has the pace to be prominent but judging by latest efforts could have some trouble lasting the distance successfully’.
