Remand in rape case
PA Auckland An Otahuhu service-sta-tion attendant denied five charges of rape when he appeared before Mr K. L. Richardson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Otahuhu yesterdaay. Brian Francis Thomas Mana Jordan, aged 21, also denied a charge of indecent assault in breaking and entering a One Tree Hill home.
He was remanded in custody to May 3 for a depositions hearing. The alleged offences took place between July, 1978, and April, 1979.
