Hijack victim going back
PA Invercargill The hijack victim. Suzanne Chisholm, plans to return to Australia next week and hopes to get a job as a receptionist. She said that she had recovered from her ordeal earlier this month when she was held hostage by a knifewielding Italian for two hours at Sydney Airport. The man was later shot by the Sydney police and died in hospital. Since she has been in Southland. Miss Chisholm, aged 23, has stayed at her family home at Fortrose and her sister's home at Invercargill.
She was on her way to New Zealand to attend her brother’s wedding when she was seized at Sydney Airport.
