Man’s body found
PA Auckland The body of a man who had been missing since March 24 was found in a paddock at Wiri on Saturday morning. He was Walter Bell, aged 83, of Papakura. The police said that a search for Mr Bell on the day he had disappeared had traced him to Papatoetoe. It was not known how his body had come to be at Wiri. but the police were satisfied that there were no suspicious circumstances.
