Formula Pacific title won by McMillan
. The Auckland driver, Dave McMillan, has taken the prestigious Union Travel Formula Pacific title in this year’s Motor- I sport Association’s competition. McMillan, driving a Ralt RTI, ■ finished the three rounds of the series with 36 points. 12 ahead of his nearest rival, Ross Stone. Originally there were seven rounds scheduled lor the Formula Pacific title, but voluntary fuel saving measures by the association and a lack of entries for some meetings meant the series was cut back.
