N.Z. wool stockpile
PA Wellington The Wool Board’s New Zealand stockpile at February 28 was 125,950 bales. The opening stock at July 1 last was 194,523 bales. Purchases were 12,263, making a total of 206,786, of which 898 were shipped to the United States, leaving 205,888. Sales totalled 78,008 and loss in scouring 1930 bales. The stock in the United Kingdom at February 28 was 2180 bales.
