Sir, — We feel strongly that Mr R. Hamlin, of the Society for the Promotion of Individual Responsibility, should be taken to task for saying that primitive people are usually coloured. (“The Press” April 5). .That is racist talk. Yet every cloud has a silver lining and so it is pleasing to read that Miss Bartlett will be thrilled if the society takes action against her under the Human Rights Act or the Race relations Act. —
