Pool-owners’ seminar
A seminar for owners of home swimming pools has been organised by the Health Department for October 30. Topics to be covered include pool chemistry, treatment methods for pools, and electrical safety. There will be speakers from the department, the Department of [Scientific and Industrial Research, the Christchurch Hospital, and the Municipal [Electricity Department. An introduction to the two-hour seminar will be given by the Medical Officer of Health in Christchurch |(Dr L. F. Jepson).
