The person appointed will act as the Secretary to the Faculty of Law and will be located in the Law School. He will be eligible for consideration for such vacancies elsewhere in the University Administration as may occur from time to time and should therefore be a person Interested In making a career in University administration. The Secretary to the Faculty of Law will perform duties which are administrative in nature and will be required to assist both the Academic Registrar and the Dean of the Faculty of Law In the discharge of their administrative responsibilities. In particular, he will be responsible for the detailed organisation and conduct of faculty administration and will be supported by an administrative officer and clerical staff. Preference wilt be given to graduates in Law who have been admitted to practice. It is hoped to appoint a person who has had experience with office administration In either a large law practice or in a large commercial or industrial concern. Previous experience in University administration would, of course, be an advantage.
