Two Cyclists Injured
Mr W. A. Bigwood, aged 64. of 399 Wilsons road, suffered fairly serious head injuries when his bicycle and a van collided in Wilson road near Lismore street about 5.20 p.m. yesterday. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital, where his condition was reported to be fairly satisfactory.
Another cyclist, Mrs M. V. Burnett, of 50 Shakespeare road, suffered minor head injuries in a collision with a car at the corner of Shakespeare and Wilsons roads about 6.25 p.m.
