Natives’ Threat In S.-W. Africa (N Z.P A -Reuter—Copyright) DAR-ES-SALAAM, July 22. The South-West Africa People’s Organisation has said its leaders throughout the world are returning home to liberate South-West Africa by force. The announcement by the nationalist movement, which claims a membership of 50,000, came after the World Court’s rejection on Monday of the case against South African administration of the territory. The chief representative of the organisation in Dar-es-Salaam, Mr Peter Nanyemba, declared: “We have no alternative but to rise in arms and bring about our own liberation.”
