Acquitted On 4 Charges
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 21. In the Supreme Court today a jury found James Cooke Flack, aged 36, a land developer, not guilty on three charges of false pretences and one of theft as a servant of £2050 from Gordon Harcourt, Ltd. He was discharged by the Chief Justice (Sir Richard Wild).
