Supreme Court Decrees In Divorce
Decrees nisi in divorce, on the grounds stated, were granted by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yester day, on the following undefended petitions: Three years’ separation.— Joyce Gwendoline Atherto r (Mr G. S. Brockett) v. Jame Douglas Deans Atherton, a soldier, Doreen Mary Baker (Mr D. J. Hewitt) v. Marsden Baker, a painter; James Barclay Curline, a cartage contractor (Mr J. A. Bretherton) v. Violet Elizabeth Man Curline. Adultery.—Thelma Eunice Forbes (Mr Brockett) v. George Robert Forbes, a land salesman, and June Merlyn Shaw, a married woman; Kathleen Mary Jameson (Mr P. G. S. Penlington) v. Mar shall William Jameson, a schoolteacher, and Dorothy May Cawthorn Dailey, a mar tied woman. Desertion. —Dorothy Margaret Brinkman (Mr Brockett) v. Arthur Oliver Brinkman, a salesman.
