Ny To Get Title Bout
A bout for the New Zealand professional feather-weight boxing title between T. George (Auckland), the titleholder, and L. Ny (Christchurch) will be held at Canterbury Court on September 15. The New Zealand Boxing Council, in a letter received by the Canterbury association executive last evening, said that Ny's challenge for the title was approved. It asked the association to advise th- council of the purse and date for the fight The executive agreed in general, after a brief discussion, that the purse offered should be a percentage of the gate.
