Riccarton House Brings £4260

A roughcast house on a section of 40 perches at 250 Riccarton road, Riccarton, was sold for £4260 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Eunice Ida Lome Beatrice Isabella Lloyd by Tonks Norton and Company Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr L. W. Aitken.
