CHANGE OF NAME
A 15-year-old, 5593-ton motor vessel, the London registered but Greek owned Omala, now discharging at Cashin Quay under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Company, was originally the Queen City, owned by Reardon Smith, Ltd., of Britain. Vessels of this line normally trade between the Pacific Coast and Britain.
Her new owner is the Phoenix Shipping Company.
