YEARLING TROUT

North Island Releasing (N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, July 19. Eight hundred yearling trout were released in Lake Karapiro and several rivers in the Te Aroha area last week-end and a further 1400 are to be released this weekend. The trout, each tagged with a metal tag, were released by .the Auckland Acclimatisation Society. This week-end a further 800 trout are to be released in Lake Arapuni, 200 in the Kaniwanawana stream at Pirongia, and another 200 in the Puniu river, south of Te Awamutu.
