Partnership Rule Change

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. A new rule limiting ownership of a racehorse to 10 partners was passed by the Racing Conference yesterday. The rule also stipulates that no more than two of the partners shall be authorised to enter and withdraw the horse from races. The conference also changed a rule in preparation for one dollar being the basis of dividend calculations on races, instead of £l, from decimal change day.
