(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 14. Mr Leslie Cleveland, a freelance journalist doing postgraduate research in mass communications at Victoria University of Wellington, and Mr D. Patchett, a teacher at Palmerston North Intermediate School, have been appointed to the Central Region Programme Advisory Committee of the N.Z.B.C. Mr Patchett holds a bachelor of arts degree and is studying for a diploma of education. Their appointment has brought the committee to its full strength of 20.
