Earthquakes In Otago

DUNEDIN, July 8. A minor earthquake was felt in Dunedin about 10 a.m. today. It was the second in Otago in 24 hours. A shake was felt in North Otago last night Mrs L. G. Penfold, wife of a Dunedin amateur seismologist said the earthquake was “quite marked” and had made a noticeable impression on her husband’s recording apparatus.
