Coupons To Be Her Qualification
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, July 8. A London man is advertising for a wife—but she must have a “dowry” of 4500 cigarette coupons. The man, John Beaumont, who earns £2O a week, explained his advertisement by saying: “I think this is a good basis for a romance. For a start it means we have two things in common—smoking and collecting coupons.”
