Leander Men’s Reunion
Up to 60 men who served on H.M.N.Z.S. Leander from 1939 to 1945, will come from all parts of the South Island for a reunion at H.M.N.Z.S. Pegasus on the evening of Saturday, July 16. The Leander served in the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, and then with the American forces in Pacific during the latter part of the war.
