Henderson’s Good Win (N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL. The South Island squash rackets championships got oft to a good start in Invercargill last evening when the opening rounds ot the men’s A and B grade and women’s singles were played. In the major game of the night, J. Henderson (Christchurch) applied continuous pressure to his oppolnent, W. Green (Tlmaru) and came out the winner because of his hard hitting and controlled lobs. Results were: Men's A Grade.—J. Henderson beat W. Green, 9-5, 9-4, 9-7; D. Green beat B. Walsh, 9-0, 9 3, 9-0. Men’s B Grade.—C. McKenzie beat O. Brown, 9-1, 9-2, 9-4; G. Adams beat A. Patterson, 9-0, 9-1, 9-3; W. McKenzie beat S. Dryden, 10-8, 3-9, 9-1, 3-9, 9 3. Women.—P. Goodall beat S. Tatton, 9-0, 9-1, 9-0; M. Taylor beat A. Bird, 9-1, 9-3, 9-5: D. Daly beat J. Wyld, 9 0, 9-0, 9 0
