(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) TOKYO, July 8. North Vietnam yesterday hinted that it may soon begin trying captured United States airmen as war criminals, the Associated Press reported. The hint came in a broadcast monitored in Tokyo which described a parade of a number of the pilots through Hanoi on Wednesday. Hanoi Radio said the people of Hanoi “knew that the Government would represent them all to try and punish the pirates in proportion to their crimes.”
