Insect Killer

An electronic insect killer, designed for industrial and commercial use in shops, orchards and on farms, will be placed on the New Zealand market soon. It will also be exported as the Wellington manufacturers have received several inquiries from overseas, particularly from tropical islands where insects are prevalent Designed by Mr L. Montague, the killer attracts flies and moths by the light from an ultra-violet ray tube. The insects are then killed by electric shock on a small metal grill behind the tube.
